How to choose, and how services combine
Start with the problem, not the technology. Write down in a sentence or two what is slowing the business down, then find the solution that matches it.
- If staff retype the same details into several tools, look at business systems and integrations.
- If a spreadsheet has become the system the business runs on, look at custom software or data and dashboards.
- If customers cannot find you, book with you or buy from you online, look at websites or mobile apps.

Questions about choosing and combining services
Which solution should I start with?
Start with the one closest to the problem that costs you the most time or worry. If that is not clear, the discovery call is the place to work it out: tell us what is going wrong and we will say which service fits, or whether an IT consulting review should come first.
Can I take one service now and add others later?
Yes. Each service stands on its own, and a staged quote lets you approve one stage at a time. Work done earlier is documented, so later stages build on it without starting again.
Do I need a separate quote for each service?
No. When services are combined we write one plan and one fixed or staged quote that shows what each stage includes. You can still see what each part involves and decide which to go ahead with.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
In most cases, yes. Much of the work is connecting or improving what a business already uses, such as Xero, MYOB, a CRM or an existing website. The plan says what stays, what is connected and what is replaced.
Who owns the work when several services are involved?
You do. Clients keep ownership of their code, data and documentation whichever services are involved. To talk through your situation, use the quote form.
