Why your industry matters when choosing technology
Two businesses can ask for the same thing and need different things. A booking system for a cafe group is about tables and sittings. For a courier it is about addresses, runs and proof of delivery. For a training college it is about intakes and enrolments. The word is the same and the software is not.
That is why we set out our technology solutions by industry for small business owners as well as by service. Your industry decides three things before any work is scoped:
- The systems already in place. A builder is likely to run job management software, a retailer a point of sale, a recruiter an applicant system. New work has to connect to them.
- The records you must keep. Student records, payroll records, shipping documents and client files each come with their own rules.
- How your staff work. At a desk, on a site, behind a counter or on the road.
We offer the same ten solutions to every industry, including custom software, business systems and integrations and cyber security. Each industry page shows how those solutions are shaped for that kind of business, the tools commonly integrated and the Australian rules that apply.

Questions about industries
My industry is not listed: can you still help?
Yes. The eight pages describe industries we work with, and the solutions themselves are not tied to any of them. Tell us what your business does on the quote form and we will say plainly whether we are a good fit.
Do you sell a ready-made product for each industry?
No. We build, connect and support systems for each client, starting from the tools you already use. Where an established product does the job, we will recommend it and connect it instead of rebuilding it.
Our business sits across two industries. Which page applies?
Both. A wholesaler with a shop is retail and import at once, and a training provider that places graduates touches recruitment. The plan is written around your business, not the page.
Do you understand the regulations in my industry?
We design systems around the record-keeping, privacy and reporting rules that apply, and each industry page links to the official sources. We do not give legal or regulatory advice, and compliance remains your responsibility.
Can I see examples of what you have built?
Yes. The work page lists the kinds of systems we have built, including booking, recruitment, marketplace and point-of-sale systems.
