Technology partner for growing businesses

Comingwave is a premier Australian technology company providing technology and business solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Australia and around the world. It is also the parent company of Build AI CV, PractiseNow and Talent Tabloid.

For a growing business, we are one partner for the whole job: custom software, websites and mobile apps; cloud migration and hosting; business systems and integrations such as CRM, ERP, Xero and MYOB; data and dashboards; cyber security; and IT consulting, managed IT support and digital transformation. Each can be delivered on its own or combined into one technology plan.

We work with businesses in professional services, retail and e-commerce, trades and construction, hospitality, education and training, logistics and transport, recruitment and migration, and import and export. That might be an accounting practice that wants client records in one place, a builder who needs quotes and job tracking on a phone, or a wholesaler whose stock still lives in spreadsheets.

Alongside client work, we build and run our own software products, so we operate live software ourselves as well as delivering it for others. They are listed on the products page.

What we value

Clarity

Plain-English advice, honest timelines and transparent pricing. Quotes are written, fixed or staged, and agreed before work starts.

Quality

Work that is tested, documented and secure, with access control, encryption and backups planned from the start.

Partnership

We support clients long after launch, with monitoring, updates and help when it is needed.

Ownership

Clients keep full ownership of their code and data, along with the documentation that explains it.

How we work

Every project follows the same five steps, whatever its size.

  1. Discovery call

A free first consultation. You tell us about your business and the problem you want solved, and we ask questions until we understand it.

  2. Plan and quote

We write a plan and a fixed or staged quote. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it in writing.

  3. Build and test

We build in stages with regular demos, so you see progress on screen. Automated testing checks that each part still works as the next is added.

  4. Launch and train

A secure go-live, with your existing data migrated across and training for the people who will use the system.

  5. Ongoing support

Monitoring, updates and help after launch, for as long as you want us involved.
